Giuliani: Kim Jong-un 'begged' for summit to take place

Donald Trump's lawyer Rudy Giuliani has said North Korea's leader "begged" for their summit to be rescheduled after the US president cancelled it. Speaking at a conference in Israel, Mr Giuliani said Mr Trump's tough stance had forced Pyongyang's hand. Mr Trump called off the summit in May, accusing North Korea of "tremendous anger and open hostility". But plans for the 12 June bilateral in Singapore were revived after a conciliatory response from Pyongyang. Mr Giuliani was speaking at an investment conference in Israel when he made the remark. The Wall Street Journal first reported that Mr Giuliani said: "Well, Kim Jong-un got back on his hands and knees and begged for it, which is exactly the position you want to put him in." لندن (ڈیلی پاکستان آن لائن )اقوام متحدہ نے ملالہ یوسف زئی کو ”میسنجر آف پیس “ بنانے کا اعلان کر دیا ۔

بی بی سی کے مطابق پاکستان کی نوبیل انعام یافتہ ملالہ یوسف زئی کو اقوام متحدہ نے امن کی پیغامبر بنانے کا اعلان کردیا ہے۔اقوام متحدہ کے سیکریٹری جنرل انتونیو گوتیرس نے کہا 19 سالہ ملالہ یوسف زئی پیرکے روز سے اپنا کام سنبھالیں گی اور اپنے نئے کردار میں وہ دنیا بھر میں لڑکیوں کی تعلیم کے فروغ میں مدد کریں گی۔

خیال رہے کہ ملالہ یوسف زئی امن کی پیغامبر کا عہدہ سنبھالنے والی اب تک کی سب سے کم عمر فرد ہیں جبکہ امن کا نوبیل انعام حاصل کرنے کے معاملے میں بھی وہ سب سے کم عمر ہیں۔

خبررساں ادارے روئٹرز کی خبر میں کہا گیا ہے کہ ملالہ یوسف زئی کو ”امن کے پیغامبر“کی ذمہ داری نیویارک میں اقوام متحدہ کے ہیڈ کوارز میں منعقدہ ایک تقریب کے دوران دی جائے گی۔یہ تقریب پیر کو ٹرسٹی شپ کونسل چیمبر میں منعقد ہوگی۔

یاد رہے اس سے قبل کینیڈین وزیر اعظم نے ملالہ یوسف زئی کو کینیڈا کی اعزازی شہریت دینے کا اعلان بھی کیا تھا ۔

Trump Administration Sought Negative Information On Haitians

In the spring of 2017, a high level Trump administration official asked for details on how many Haitians with Temporary Protected Status were on public benefits, how many were convicted of “crimes of any kind,” and how many had been in the country unlawfully before being granted TPS.
